1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: name, email address, and payment details when you register as a business customer.


• Usage data: how you interact with the GreetWise platform, including call logs, AI agent activity, and booking data.


• End-customer contact information: phone numbers and names provided by business customers for the purpose of sending SMS messages on their behalf.


• Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, and operating system.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the GreetWise Service.


• Send SMS notifications to business customers regarding AI agent activity and call handling.


• Send SMS messages (such as booking links) to end-customers on behalf of registered businesses, where consent has been obtained by the business.


• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.


• Comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS Messaging & Mobile Numbers

GreetWise sends two types of SMS messages:

• Platform notifications to business customers (e.g., new call summaries, missed call alerts).


• Transactional messages to end-customers on behalf of businesses using the platform (e.g., booking links sent by the AI agent).

Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are never sold, shared, or rented to third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are used solely for the purposes described above.

Message frequency varies based on call and booking activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out of messages, or HELP for assistance.

4. Google Calendar Integration & Google User Data

When a business customer connects their Google Calendar to GreetWise, our AI agent accesses Google Calendar data — including event details, availability/free-busy information, and calendar metadata — solely to check availability and to create, update, or cancel appointment bookings on behalf of that business.

We access this data only through Google's OAuth authorization, and only for the connected business's own calendar. Google user data obtained through this integration is:

• Stored securely (access and refresh tokens are encrypted) and used only to operate the calendar-sync feature described above.


• Never used for advertising or serving ads.


• Never sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except as required to operate the Service (e.g., our cloud infrastructure provider) or as required by law.


• Retained only while the calendar integration remains active, and deleted promptly after a business disconnects the integration or closes their account.


• Not accessed by human reviewers except where necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, with the business's consent, or as otherwise permitted under Google's policies.

Business customers may disconnect their Google Calendar at any time from within the GreetWise dashboard, or revoke GreetWise's access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

GreetWise's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who assist us in operating the platform (e.g., SMS providers, cloud infrastructure), subject to confidentiality obligations.


• Law enforcement or government agencies when required by law.


• Successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Business Customer Responsibilities

Businesses using GreetWise to send messages to their own customers are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from those end-customers prior to initiating any SMS communications through our platform. GreetWise acts as a technology provider and is not the sender of record for messages sent on behalf of businesses.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@greetwise.ai.

8. Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date.
