Get a text or email after every call

After each call, GreetWise can send you a text, an email, or both, with who called, what they wanted, and what happened on the call.

Turn on alerts

1. Open Settings and go to Notifications.
2. Choose Text, Email, or both, and enter where alerts should go.
3. Save your changes.

What's in an alert

• The caller's name and number
• The outcome: message taken, appointment booked, call transferred, and so on
• A short summary of the conversation

Recordings and transcripts

Every call is recorded and transcribed. Open any call in your call log to listen to the recording or read the full transcript.
