Connect Google Calendar for booking
Let GreetWise check your availability and book, reschedule, or cancel appointments on your Google Calendar.
Updated September 29, 2026
Once your Google Calendar is connected, GreetWise can book appointments while the caller is still on the phone. It only offers times that are free on your calendar and within your business hours.
Calendar booking is included on the Pro and Scale plans, and in every free trial.
Connect your calendar
- Go to Integrations and open Google Calendar.
- Click Connect. You'll be sent to Google to sign in and allow access.
- When you're sent back to GreetWise, the page shows your Account, Connected Calendar, and Timezone.
GreetWise books into the primary calendar of the Google account you connect, and uses that account's timezone.
Turn on booking
- Open Agent settings and find Schedule Appointments.
- Turn it on.
- Make sure your Business Hours are set, since GreetWise only offers times when you're open.
What GreetWise can do
- Book a new 30-minute appointment in an open slot
- Reschedule an existing appointment
- Cancel an appointment when a caller asks
Bookings appear on your calendar as "Appointment with [caller name]", with notes from the call. If the caller gives an email address, they're added as a guest. You'll also get an alert whenever an appointment is booked or changed.
Changed your calendar settings?
If you change your timezone or calendar in Google, click Re-sync calendar settings on the Google Calendar page in GreetWise.
Disconnect
Click Disconnect on the Google Calendar page. GreetWise stops booking and Google access is revoked.
Other calendars
Google Calendar is supported today. Microsoft Outlook, Calendly, Acuity, and Appointlet are coming soon. In the meantime, GreetWise can text callers a link to your own booking page (Send Appointment Link in Agent settings).
