How minutes and overages work
What counts toward your plan's minutes, and what happens if you go over.

Each GreetWise plan includes a set number of call minutes per billing period.
If you go over your minutes
Calls keep getting answered. You're never cut off mid-month. Extra minutes are billed per minute at your plan's rate:

| Starter | $0.25 / minute |
| Pro | $0.20 / minute |
| Scale | $0.15 / minute |
Once unbilled overage reaches a threshold amount, it's charged right away as a separate charge. Anything below the threshold is added to your next regular invoice.
Avoiding overages
- Buy top-up minutes from billing settings at any time.
- Upgrade your plan if you're regularly going over. Higher plans include more minutes and a lower overage rate.
Free trial minutes
The free trial includes 25 minutes over 14 days, with no credit card required.
Change or cancel your plan
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the billing settings in your dashboard.
